The CLK is a platform that connects consumer packaged goods ("CPG") brands with real-world community spaces for targeted product sampling and campaign tracking. The Service is currently in early access and features may change without notice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
When you submit your email through our waitlist forms, you agree to receive communications from the CLK related to your application and the platform. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.

All content, branding, design, and technology associated with the CLK are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The CLK collects and processes campaign data including sampling distribution, engagement metrics, and conversion signals. By participating in a campaign, both brands and spaces consent to the collection and reporting of this data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how personal information is handled.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, the CLK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee any specific results from campaigns conducted through the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, any rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction in which the CLK operates.
